Shipping Information

We offer free Standard Shipping for orders over $100. For orders below $100, Standard Shipping is $11.

Available Shipping Options:

  • Express Post - $17
  • International Air Express (NZ & Asia) - $20

Most orders ship within 2 business days. No shipments on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

Returns Information:

If you are not completely satisfied with your product’s size, color or style, you can return full priced items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping or exchange. Items returned must be in their original condition with all swing tags in place. View full returns policy here.

If you believe an item to be faulty you may be entitled to a credit, repair, replacement or refund, in such rare cases follow below returns procedure for assessment.

Capezio Stores or Resellers cannot accept exchanges or returns from purchases made at capezio.au.

No exchange or return will be honoured on hosiery, underwear or clearance items.

Fill out the Returns Slip received with your item and include it in your returns parcel.

Our eco-friendly boxes and satchels are designed with easy returns in mind. Please reuse these where possible.

Step 2

Scan the QR code or click here to easily lodge parcel with Australia Post. Standard shipping cost is $9.60 payable by the customer.

Step 3

Capezio will assess your return or exchange request within 30 days of arrival.

Additional Shipping Information

  • - Should the delivery address provided be incorrect, a redelivery fee may be applicable.

  • - For delivery to business addresses, please ensure a specific business name is provided.

  • - Upon shipment, tracking information will be sent to your nominated email address.

  • - While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Most of our packages originate from Mornington, VIC. Estimated delivery times are provided; however, deliveries to rural/remote areas and WA may take longer.

  • - Orders with less than 500g chargeable weight will be authorized for 'Authority to Leave' (ATL). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the safety of packages left by the courier. Please view here for more information about ‘Leave in a safe place’, and how to cancel or change.

  • - Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipments do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

  • - In the event the customer is not available to sign for the delivery, packages will be left in a safe place at the residence. If deemed unsafe, they will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. 

  • - Registered MyPost customers will receive digital notifications from Australia Post, which enhances the overall customer experience, reduces paper waste, and improves efficiency. Preferences for notifications can be tailored within the MyPost platform. In instances where customers are not present at the delivery address, notifications will be sent via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.
