If you are not completely satisfied with your product’s size, color or style, you can return full priced items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping or exchange. Fill out the Returns Slip received with your item and include it in your returns parcel.
Our eco-friendly boxes and satchels are designed with easy returns in mind. Please reuse these where possible.

Scan the QR code or click here to easily lodge parcel with Australia Post. Standard shipping cost is $9.60 payable by the customer.
Step 3
Capezio will assess your return or exchange request within 30 days of arrival.
