We offer free Standard Shipping for orders over $100. For orders below $100, Standard Shipping is $11.

- While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Most of our packages originate from Mornington, VIC. Estimated delivery times are provided; however, deliveries to rural/remote areas and WA may take longer.

- Orders with less than 500g chargeable weight will be authorized for 'Authority to Leave' (ATL). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the safety of packages left by the courier. Please view here for more information about ‘Leave in a safe place’, and how to cancel or change.

- In the event the customer is not available to sign for the delivery, packages will be left in a safe place at the residence. If deemed unsafe, they will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product’s size, color or style, you can return full priced items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping or exchange. Capezio will assess your return or exchange request within 30 days of arrival.
